Contemporary dance has grown in recent years to become one of the dominant genres for formally trained dancers. Today, the vast majority of professional ballet companies rehearse and perform contemporary works in their repertoire. Contemporary class will encourage and allow dancers to explore new movement, find different ways to move, and expand their dance technique and vocabulary. Contemporary is open to all experienced dancers and no previous contemporary experience is necessary. We are excited to invite guest teachers to join our teaching team.
